Payment

I accept all credit/ debit cards transactions using Paypal. Payments must be made in full and have cleared before the items will be shipped. All items will be shipped to the address listed at the checkout.

Shipping

Free UK delivery only. All items purchased will be delivered. 1st class recorded signed for within 3 working days.

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Cancelation

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us straight away. If the order has been already processed you would have to wait until you receive the items and then follow the returns procedure.

Returns

You may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt. Returns are the buyers responsibility. It is recommended that if you return an item back, to post the item using recorded signed for delivery as i will not be responsible for lost packages.

Please note: We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned new and unused. If items are returned damaged or worn, they will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.
